This site has been opened to introduce and distribute some programs developed
for researches using electron microscopes or education of electron microscopy.
Detailed explanation is shown by clicking each program name below.
These programs can be used without notice to the author. However, the author
is not responsible to results obtained from the programs.
・
EDA (Mainly to assist the analyses of electron diffraction patterns)
(English site is under construction)
Main functions
- Draw diffraction patterns (including HOLZ reflections and recognizing
forbidden reflections)
- Index the ZOLZ reflections in observed patterns and determine the crystal
orientation
- Draw HOLZ lines within the center disk for CBED (the dynamical effect is not considered)
・
SFC (Mainly drawing and analysis of Kikuchi or EBSD patterns)
Main Functions
- Calculate kinematical diffraction amplitudes (structure factors)
- Draw Kikuchi or EBSD patterns
- Analyze observed Kikuchi or EBSD patterns
- Draw Debye rings or fiber-textured patterns
- Others
・
CTF (Calculation and drawing of contrast transfer functions)
